Having an air conditioning
inspection is a legal requirement and the
inspection should have been completed by
January 4, 2011 |

inspection must
be carried out and the report prepared by an
accredited energy assessor |

The purpose of the inspections is
to identify inefficiencies in the design,
function or control of air conditioning systems |

The inspection report will
highlight where and how improvements in
efficiency can be made thus providing the
opportunity for reduced running costs |

Many kinds of air conditioning
systems from simple split systems through
larger VRF systems and those using chillers and
air handling units all fall within the scope of
the legislation |
